I have read all the "desk exercises" that are available all over the web, and done as much as I can without looking like a crazed workout junkie However, these exercises don't really get me "moving"....I still get stiff, and feel worthless sitting on my…

Play Spoiler in your Office
I can't stop counting the calories in all the food is coming into the office. I guess it would be okay if I just counted them and kept it to myself but I BROADCAST the calorie totals for everything that comes in. First thing this morning there were 2 dozen doughnuts for the staff meeting. Then we were given a 5 minute…

Help!?? I can't Breathe
I am currently training for C25K. (mostly outdoors) I have noticed that it is very easy for me to run at 5.0 mph (12min mile) on a treadmill than to run at this rate outdoors. But the thing that is consistant in both cases is that my breathing isn't consistant. Its very labored and I can't seem to get into a rhythm . I…

Calories cooked v/s uncooked
I was cooking hamburger patties for my hubby last night and of course I'm reading all nutrition facts. So, I noticed that for 1 quarter pound beef patty there are 240 calories. Is this before cooking? Because I use the George Foreman grill and I see all the fat in the drip pan. So shouldn't the calorie count be a little…

TOO MANY CALORIES
I've only been doing this for a week now so I apologize if this is a silly question. I have lost 2lbs and my daily calorie goal increased. My goal is to lose 1lb per week and I exercise at least 4 days a week. Shouldn't my calorie goal decrease as my weight decreases?
