Help,
I have a new HRM by Timex. Its the womens iron man monitor. I did an interval session this am of run/walk lasting 27 min.
It says i burned 492 calories. Could this be right? I have my age, height and weight entered correctly. I just don't want to get too excited. MFP say I only burned 179 calories.
HELP!!?

Trust your HRM. The calories shown on here are always lower than what my HRM says.0

MFP has no idea what your intensity level is. It just estimates calorie burn based on time. The HRM, reading your heart rate will judge calorie burn based on your intensity and entered stats. I would trust the HRM.
Congratulations.0
