Winter Blues

Ok, so I am stuck at the office, at a desk, Monday thru Friday 8-4. I have read all the "desk exercises" that are available all over the web, and done as much as I can without looking like a crazed workout junkie However, these exercises don't really get me "moving"....I still get stiff, and feel worthless sitting on my bum all day long We don't have readily accessible stairs for me to use on the lunch break, nor do we have an employee workout room. I do try to walk around the block on the lunch break if I can, but with the weather getting colder, I'm not sure how much longer this will last. Any new ideas/suggestions? I have run out of ideas and am trying to stave off the inevitable winter weight gain

Why "inevitable"?
Winter doesn't equal hibernation, if you dress properly you can continue to do pretty much everything you do in the summer (I'm not crazy enough to ride my bike all year 'round but people do). Cold weather is not scary.0 -
