i know how you feel i was stuck at 172 for 4 weeks before i lost 1 pound. What i have done is hit the exercise double time. And stay on a pretty solid diet with no junk during the week. I still have fries and pizza on the weekend but in moderation of course. good luck. Hope you post when the weight start coming off again.

I do the same. It actually keeps me in check. If I were to gain 5 lbs it would change my calories for the day and I don't want to change any of that.

I'm not a personal trainer but I would say you should add the 300 calories back to your daily intake. Especially if you are working out 5-6 times a week. Your net caloric intake is probably below 1000 once you factor in exercise. You would probably see your energy levels increase with the 300 added calories as well.

YES. SIMPLE RULE OF THUMB 100 CALORIES PER MILE AND ON AVERAGE 2000 STEPS PER MILE. SO ABOUT .05 CALORIES PER STEP
