Thats a great way to start a workout, those don't take long to start deigesting so your body gets energy fast.

Something easy to digest like a piece of toast, bread is a good one to try its fast energy for your body. Don't put things like peanut butter on it as your body has to work harder to digest proteins and you want the energy NOW. Eat some protein after a workout.

Lord of the Rings all the way. Twilight can't even be put in the same question as LOTR or StarWars. I enjoyed the twilight books for sure but the movies are for youngsters only.

Your mom will still love you even after you flushed her treats, sometimes it takes an episode like that one for them to realize you were serious. Good for you standing up for yourself. Take your measurments and remember you are turning fat into muscle which weighs more. Don't get discouraged if the numbers on the scale aren't what you expect them to be. The inches that melt away with exercise and heathy dietare whats really important. GOOD LUCK and do exercise that you enjoy.

Smaller plates for sure, and a big glass of water before supper and I won't go back for seconds. And I like to take leftovers for lunch the next day. I already make lunches for kids, so I love not having to make mine first thingin the morning.
