weight loss starts in the kitchen. take time to plan a healthy menu for yourself and a shopping list. pre-plan your meals and you'll most often be better off. aim for for natural foods and fewer processed foods. drink water and not other stuff.0

Take your measurments and remember you are turning fat into muscle which weighs more. Don't get discouraged if the numbers on the scale aren't what you expect them to be. The inches that melt away with exercise and heathy dietare whats really important.
