  • I so love riding my bike. I need to get a more comfy seat with some of my "padding" gone tho! I could ride forever.
  • My dr said a stool softener will help keep things moving. You chance hemorrhoids otherwise and those can be a PITA!! Literally!
  • I buy the WW lasagna sometimes. I eat those just if I am out of steam to cook much else. It's better than most fast food and yes the sodium could be lower but as a sometimes it's ok. I wouldn't make those my main meals. Just in a pinch nice to have on hand.

  • Looks to me like you LOVE sugar! Ha! Try to get your sugar "fix" from fruits...not candy bars, soda and cake. I don't see very many veggies either. Too much "junk" foods. Sorry but I hope this helps. :) Best of luck! Carri1
  • Are you drinking the water suggested? Check your sodium intake also. Be patient too.
  • I believe if you don't drink enough water your body stores it. Water weighs us down. My fiance, who passed away had colon cancer and he went from 160 to 230 in a week.   • Yes, try changing it and see what happens. I'm trying to not use so much artificial sweeteners. After finding out Monsanto created some of them. Scary! It's really hard to get away from all of it but a little at a time. I switched to butter instead of chemicals in margarine. Sweet cream, salt.....feels safer.
  • Not eating enough.....Don't go under 1200 calories.....If you exercise...eat 1/2 of those calories too....Eat girl...eat!!! :)

  • I log it so that if I need to go ride my bike because I went over on something without realizing I can go do it. I am not dieting tho. I am eating healthy and not starving myself. Its actually good to eat more some days...keeps your body guessing. JMO

  • High in Crabs? Ewww...j/k I can read typonese! I wouldn't bother with the bars...to me they are a glorified candy bar. Try to eat what your grandmother would eat. Fruit, cheese, nuts...Just my opinion.
