I agree. It takes a long time to develop relationships. I can count on one hand the number of true friends I have kept since High School. Personally, it's encouraging to get those 'WTG' when you've kicked your own @@s working out. Everyone likes that. I grow more when I view Food Diaries, try recipes posted, visit websites…

I was recently measured under 5' ..... Guess I am shrinking. Started out at 215 pounds and am currently 141. My weight teeters back and forth. I'm focusing more on lean muscle at this point instead of a set weight. The scale and I DO NOT get along. Feel free to add me. Good luck on your journey! =]

On men, they are sexy on a chiseled bicep or tricep. However, what happens to them when you lose definition? Not so nice then. :0/
