The hardest part of a bench press is from the lowest point to mid point in which you might hit a "stick" zone and with her arching her back sooooooooooooooooo rediculously much she barely lowers the bar so the range of motion is tiny. it's amazing she can lift that much but I'd like to see her actually keep her back…

eat nuts. Dried fruit is high cal but not low carb. I think it's pretty hard to eat 4000+ calories with barely any carbs though. I'd love to know how you burn so many calories.....I wish I had a problem with having too many calories every day.

3 black pants 1 grey pants 1 blue pants 1 brown pants 1 black shorts 1 grey shorts 1 pink shorts 1 turquoise shorts 10-15 tank tops (various types, some wicking, some racer back some regular) 2 sports bras I have 4 pairs of running shoes all less than 1 year old. You can never have too much!!

I think you should eat more. Aim for 1200 net. so if you burn 900 you could eat 2100 in that day.

with my daughter it was sour slurpees and milk (not together though....yuck) with my son it was just sour slurpees.....but I ate everything in sight just because.

The milk I have found with the least "taste" is Natura unsweetened soy milk. I like it on cereal and in recipies since it doesn't overpower. I also like blue diamond unsweetened almond milk both vanilla and chocolate. I use vanilla on my cereal or in smoothies and chocolate in my coffee.

I love combat, I do it whenever I can. I own insanity and I HATE IT. It's all personal preference. Try both and see what you think.

Do hamstring exercises. They sit under the glutes and when they get built they push up and cause the bum to get perkier.
