  • I eat around 1700 calories per day. However, I do not eat more to make up the calories I burn when I exercise and that is because my trainer told me not to.
  • I have a treadmill which I use every once and awhile, and I have Dance Central and Zumba for the Xbox 360 Kinect. After my kids go to bed mommy works out. Mommy's time to play and relax. lol :laugh:
  • Yeah, completely with you on that one. I weighed 125 lbs 10 years ago when I had my first child. Thats where I want to be again.   • Its true women specially are prone to fluctuate in weight. Don't lose hope yet. Just keep trying and eventually you will see better results. It just takes time, but you will get there eventually. :happy: :wink:
