Unless you have some crazy metabolic issue, there really isn't a reason to eat that low. And quite frequently, it's going to make hitting your ultimate goal harder as it's hard to get adequate nutrition at crazy low levels.13 -
Vary. Some days I suspect I eat well under 1000, and other days 3000 or more. I don't count. My wt has been in maintenance for months without much tweaking.0
-
1400-2000 depending on the workout for the day...2
-
1300 but will eat a lot more depending on how much exercise I do1
-
You should definitely start eating more calories ASAP.5

I've had that for one meal! I would be starving and tired all the time if I ate that low6 -

This.
You need to keep a lookout on long term health and not just flat out weight loss. Eating at that calorie level brings about short and long term health problems:
- hair loss
- brittle nails/skin
- lethargy
- infertility
- muscle loss
- osteoporosis
And the list goes on.
Eat in a moderate deficit, which for many women is 1 pound or less loss per week. I went from 202.5 to 148 without ever averaging (weekly) less than 1750 per day.8 -
Thanx for the advice guys, I just think if I eat more I'm not guna loose weight xx0

What are your stats? Do you workout? If you do, what is your plan? What are your goals? Do you use a food scale? Do you log every day?
2 -
Anywhere between 1600 (rare, only if I'm inactive that day) to 2,300.0
-
I eat around 2,000, unless I'm parked on a couch not moving, then I eat about 1,600.
Eating 800 is completely unsustainable. You should eat the calorie goal MyFitnessPal gives you, not less.2 -
How long have you been doing this?0

Being that active and relatively young, I would highly doubt you would gain on more calories. Hell, I wouldn't be surprised if you could lose weight at 1600 calories.0 -

There are people here who have been very, very successful with losing weight and keeping it off. You should believe them when they tell you that you aren't eating enough and you can have success without starving yourself.
800 calories isn't enough to live on, even if you didn't have an active job.4 -

So you netted around 600 calories? Yes, that's "being naughty" but not in the way you're thinking.
That is way too low to be healthy and is definitely not sustainable long term.

Whatever I feel like, lol.
Breakfast often involves eggs or oatmeal.
I cook for myself, my husband, and two young boys, so dinner is all over the place and usually revolves around whatever is on sale at my grocery store that week. Though I generally always build dinner around some sort of protein, a starch, and veggies. Only exception is when I make something like a casserole, or on pizza night.
Lunch is usually leftovers or salads/sandwiches.
I just eat what I like and what my family likes and portion everything to fit into my calories.

I like to hit around 1400-1500, and I struggle with that sometimes, I couldn't imagine limiting myself to 800 daily. I definitely recommend either upping your calories or double check that you are logging accurately, because maybe you are underestimating. Do you use a food scale?1

I eat around 1700 calories per day. However, I do not eat more to make up the calories I burn when I exercise and that is because my trainer told me not to.0
