My suggestion, take the "crap" he is buying and THROW IT IN THE GARBAGE as soon as he brings it in the door!! He'll get the message. Go to the store by yourself and make healthy food choices. If he doesn't want to eat healthy that's fine, but don't bring it in the house. 'Nuf said.

LOVE LOVE my Skinny Cow. The new single serve cups are perfect for getting my ice cream fix. And just tried the chocolate carmel dreamy clusters yesterday (chocolate is my other vice) and they were yummy to. Save them for a treat for Mom Only!

135 is my goal (met it today by the way).....last time I was this weight was before my first child, 22 years ago.

Great Challenge ---- I'm in. I take/teach martial arts and we do push-ups every day, but usually stop at 25-30 consecutive ones. Need work on my upper body strength and toning the arms will only be an added benefit. initial test: 37 ----

I use the MFP app on my HTC Desire everyday with no problems.

I had thesame question in the back of my mind. I usually do them without shoes because I am more comfortable that way (my regular workout is martial arts and I don't wear shoes for that). Also I find it hard to move on the carpet with shoes on. If your feet don't hurt afterward you should be fine.
