Hey Everyone! Anyone watching Diet Tribe on lifetime? I am watching this and then the Discovery Health Body Challenge at 11. I will hate myself in the morning, but I love these shows!

I am chugging a HUGE cup right now... my head was killing me.

I *peeped* at the scale this morning (my weigh in isn't until friday) and it was down another 1/2 lb. Yeah!

I have to go for my yearly checkup this morning, so I don't get my coffee! I hate that! I am not looking forward to hearing my stats (cholesterol, blood sugar, blood pressure etc) but maybe it will help motivate me even more.

I want some of stacie's calories. LOL

yes, it was WW, I'm sorry, i didn't realize you were asking which board.
-
Yep, I think that is extremely low. I have a sister that is 5'2" and she is 105 lbs. and you can see every rib and vertebre.

We all met on another board, we are one big family.

So I just went and changed it to 1.5 lbs. a week but it only gave me 100 more calories per day, so I am still at 1300 calories. When I changed it to 1 lb a week, it only gave my 1400. I would rather lose 2 lbs. a week and stick to 1200 calories. There isn't that much of a difference.

how do I reset everything?
-
Yes, that's what they gave me.
-
my bad... I have 680 calories left. Haha... I'm going to stretch those 60 calories~

I am trying to lose around 89 lbs. and I am set at 1200 calories.

I think I am going to get some exercise in today too. It may make me feel better and maybe if I burn more than my target for the day, I can eat a little more too.

We just joined a new gym and he has been great with working ou. He is a very picky eater. He doesn't like sandwiches, so that is going to make packing lunch an issue, but we will work it out!

Thanks. i guess it all goes back to that whole "planning" thing. Something I def. need to work on!

also, if you choose fresh or frozen veggies, it reduces it TREMENDOUSLY!!! Another good tip for flavoring soups and such is the packets of sodium free boullion. I even season green beans with it. It is delicious. A good way to naturally flush sodium from the system is to eat foods high in potassium. Banannas, oranges,…

for the day. Maybe I should just go back to bed! DH brought me a LF blueberry muffin from Dunkin Donuts this morning (I wasn't feeling well, so he was being sweet) I had that and a glass of 2% milk. Looks like soup or salad for lunch and a grilled porkchop and broccoli and salad for dinner. No snacks.

I'm trying to get my hubby to sign up. He only needs to lose 25 lbs. or so, but his eating habits are awful. He doesn't eat breakfast, lunch is usually a pack of peanut butter crackers and a diet coke and then he is starving at dinner. He needs to eat more. I am making him eat oatmea for breakfast and I bought him a…

The new Biggest Loser Family cookbook has recipes for orange chicken, chicken stir fry and beef and broccoli and hoisin-glazed pork chops. Everything in the cookbook is fabulous! I highly reccomend it!
