  • Great job!! You are an inspiration to the rest of us still working on reaching our goal weight.
  • I just came in from finishing Week 2, Day 1 run/walk. I'm like some of the others on here... I used to run/walk (I even had an 8-9 minute mile) but... alas, no more. The first day of C25K, I wanted to quit (and/or roll into the bushes and pass out!) I still count the minutes til I hear the trainer say "you're halfway…
  • I agree w/ Mhankosk... you have to get a Fenway frank! (It's only 209 calories w/ bun!) It's all about moderation. You don't want to go and be deprived... it won't make you feel good and you're more likely to "fall off the wagon". Good luck and have fun!!! (On a side note... I'll be heading to Fenway/Boston in late July...…
  • Awesome! Keep up the amazing work!
  • Hi there! I saw your post. Do you mind if I ask you a few questions? I was diagnosed with PCOS back when I was 18, but no other OB/GYN has ever told me that I have it so I'm not sure if I have it or not. I'm meeting with my doctor next week and am going to ask her about it. Anyway, I was just recently told that it is…
  • I just started the Couch to 5K program; today was Day 1. I was not loving it while I was out on the trail ("when will it be over??!!"), but feel SOOOOOOO good now. I plan to do the C25K in conjunction with the healthier eating... I'm working on making it a lifestyle change vs a diet or weight loss program.
  • Congratulations!! Very ironic... I'm starting Day 1 of C25K today. I am hoping to do the Rock the World 5K in June as it will be day 63 (end of the 9 week program). You're giving me inspiration to start and FINISH!
  • I am in the US. I am working on losing over 120 lbs within the next two years. Trying to make the lifestyle change vs just dieting! Good luck to all and if you need a "buddy", feel free to contact me. I'm looking for some people to keep me on track and motivated!
