It's going to be a lifelong change and it's one where we will all have days just like you had today. Keep it up girl! You have done a fantastic job and you know the end result of your workouts is worth it!

I've got my nose pierced and had the same type of lump appear on the inside and outside of my nostril this past winter. I ended up having to take it out for 2 weeks and wait for the swollen lump to go back down. It was the first time it has happened and I've had my nose pierced for 4 years.

I've used pink fetish by Splat in the past, just as highlights. They have almost grown out so I'm going to try the lusty lavender next. I also love the names that splat uses for the colors.

My old neighbours from Ontario just moved to Kindersley in January. They love the town so hopefully you will too!

This is one of the most awesome NSV's that I have read!! How wonderful for you!

I already had my Easter egg. Went to the inlaws this weekend and mom in law brought out a tray of Cadbury creme eggs. Those are my absolute favorite so I had one, then logged it and felt NO GUILT! lol That's it for me though, the chocolate and candy that I have bought for the kids is for them only and doesn't tempt me so…

I find increasing calories to be a scary thing as well. I tried going up from 1200 to 1380, the 2 pound per week loss to 1.5 pound loss that mfp assigned. The first week I not only had a hard time meeting the 1380 but I actually didn't lose anything for the first time in months. I dropped it back to 1200, then manually…

My A-ha moment was when my body started falling apart on me because the weight was just too much, started having back problems, leg problems and was just all over sore. I took it as a sign that my body was begging me to please lose the weight so I could be healthy and active again.

Get them out of the house! Each size I have dropped I have put all of that size clothes up on freecycle and gave them away. Out of the house so I never have a bigger size pair of pants to slip into. :)

My size 14 Silver jeans, which I fit in as of today! :) My next goal jeans are a size 12 hanging in my closet just waiting for me!

If you have over 600 of your daily food calories left NOT including exercise calories then yes you should most definitely eat them. Have a nice snack of some cheese, I love to do that when I have a large amount of calories left over after dinner. I also hear that nuts are a great snack and can help fill up those calories.

Awesome! You look fantastic!!

From taking a look 2 weeks back into your food diary my best advice would be to cut out, or change your snacks to something healthy. On some days the most calories consumed are coming from snack foods. Try some fresh fruit and veggies. Sodium can be a real damper on weight loss and many pre-packed foods contain tons of it.…

I picked up one of the older Biggest Loser DVD's in a bargain bin for $5. Thought I'd try it out and see, and I love it! Now I am searching for more every time I pop into a store with DVD's. I find that the quick pace of it and that they change exercises often keeps me interested.

Diet pop threads and the horrors of Aspartame always make me laugh. It sure does bring out the worst in people.

Loads of Canadians on here and every intro post looking for Canadians seems to bring us all out. I'm originally from South Eastern Ontario but am currently living in Saskatchewan. :)

I use my food scale for almost every meal. It is so much more accurate then trying to guess what a certain portion should be.

Absolutely happens to me as well. When you are on the elliptical you are pushing but you are not actually moving your feet really. Try slowing down and moving your foot, heel to toe a few times every so often, or even stopping and doing some ankle circles to get the circulation moving again.

How old were you when you got engaged? 18 years old How long had you been together before getting engaged? 2 months, I know short amount of time to be together but sometimes you really do just know... How old were you when you got married?22 Are you still together (if so, for how long)? Yes we are still together, have been…

Both are great! I had a treadmill for 2 years and loved it, then got bored of the same old, same old so I sold it and bought an elliptical. I've been using the elliptical for 5 months now and the only real plus to it over the treadmill is that it is less impact on the joints. They are both great options for sure!

What a great idea! I hope it goes over really well for you! I am one of those people that hates walking my dog in the cold. Luckily I have a teenager to fill that void. lol
