Im actually 20 pounds away. But, I would like to lose 10 and see how I feel and look at that weight! Im 164 right now, would like to be 154!

I started yesterday, It was pretty simple so far! I think its going to be way harder to stick to on the weekends to be honest.

Im 5'5 167.5 i started last tuesday Ive lost 1.5 pounds so far. I try no to eat my exersize calories and stay at 1200.

Because its restricts how much you eat. It doesn't restrict how much you choose to eat. She cans till easily down a Milkshake from mcdonalds.

Stay away from carbs and sugar. That always speeds me up!

I try to stay under 80. I always try to fill up on carb free protien. I cant let go of my VITA tops or eles Id go carb free :)

Did you only do the shred or did you do other exersizes?

I decided not to use the weights my first time, but tomorrow Im going to use 2 pound ones for the 1st week and 3 pound ones for the other days

Starting weight was 330 Current weight is 169 Goal weight is 145 UGW is around 130 :)
