Only when I'm getting back into keto do I wake up a lot (usually craving sweets). It makes me very restless. But normally I sleep great in Keto. Well as great as someone with 3 small children ever does hehe :)

You don't want your calories too low every day because your metabolism will eventually slow down. I'm sure this might depend on the person--but have you read any studies or factual evidence anywhere that suggest keto actually does burn fat faster than anything else? I'm truly curious. I read a lot of what you're saying in forums and I'd love to see some sciency "proof" to encourage me even further!! :) It makes sense.

I'm on day 7 of a LCHF diet with ketosis in mind--I eat roughly 25g carbs a day. I think the advantage for me has been no cravings. I mean, if I pass a billboard for ihop I think, dang that looks good. But otherwise I'm not sitting around thinking of what I can't eat. I'm having a hard time reaching my calorie goals--so…
