The weight is going in the other direction this morning. Yesterday - 246 Today - 244.4. I will stop eating after 8 each evening, get my water in daily, and log my food. Thanks for the encouragement friends!!😎

@askewcr – I’m so sorry you’re dealing with the awful knee pain. When is the surgery scheduled? My surgery is December 26th at 11:30.
