5'6" Goal Weight is 135. I keep fluctuating lately because I haven't been as diligent. After losing a little over 50 pounds I have been maintaining lately but want to drop the rest. It's about another 20-25 pounds.. Depends on the day lol. If anyone wants to add me feel free. :)

You might want to keep track of your sodium levels instead of something else. I notice there is salami, hot dogs, those things harbor a lot of sodium and in turn keep a lot of your water weight on. I gave up sugar last year. All sugar. If it was in anything savory or sweet. It was shocking how much it was in. I felt great afterwards though. (Also high fructose corn syrup).

One trick is I brush my teeth. Usually, who wants to eat right after they brush their teeth. If that doesn't work, chew some gum. Drink some water. Think of it as warming up before you do your main workout. Even though the first two weeks were easy for me it gets you used to the program.
