I love MFP and all it has to offer so yes, it has almost replaced Facebook for me as a program. I still pop in and out of FB though :)

I breastfed my two boys exclusively and often when out and about would need to feed. I was always able to feed discreetly, breast covered, blanket shielding if needed (to stop bub being distracted), find a quiet place or turn my body away from others if I felt self conscious. I didn't weigh myself straight after Christmas but did it today (27th) & was pleased to only go up 100g.....phew!

I got new exercise pants, socks, runners, WII Fit and WII Zumba Fit :)

I think sometimes severe bloating can be due to a food intolerance. I bloat when I eat pasta and hate that feeling. I hope it subsided quickly for you.

For sure; not eating will cause your sugar levels to drop and it will make you feel even worse emotionally. Family gatherings can be stressful at times and worrying only makes it worse. How about deciding to not think about the event except for 15 minutes at a nominated time, then the rest of the day stay busy & focussed…
