Good Morning Y'all. I am new to this group but not new to the lifestyle. 14 days ago I renewed my promise to better my health ... physically and spiritually. I am down 10.6 pounds by eating healthier and increasing my water intake. JFT .... get in all my water and learn something new today. Sabrina

I have had my Fit Bit for over a year. I love it. Found it advertised onllne. Read reviews of it and other products like it and purchased mine at Target. It has been a great investment.

The C25K program is designed to assist in your "evolution" over a period of 9 weeks. IF you started today - you would be in week 8 at the time of the 5K run. IMO - I would say - go ahead and begin the program now and sign up for another 5K later in the year!

Hello Bridgette ..... As my "walking partner" I used an app on my phone called "Cardio Trainer". I love the ability to track my distance, speed and calories burned AND it keeps a history for me. (an upcoming feature to the app is the ability to add 'friends' ..... I can't wait for that one.)
