I had an Ultra Fitbit before and synced well with MFP but just got my Charge HR and it's not syncing..anyone have any ideas?

I like to add oatmeal to my protein pancakes. 1/4 cup oats, 1/3 cup pancake mix, and 1 scoop whey protein (vanilla flavor) or like today I had oatmeal with almond milk, dried berries, chopped nuts, cinnamon, and nutmeg with a 3oz piece of turkey breast to get some protein with it.

The less ingredients your food has the better unless you add them yourself. A lot of processed food is very high in sodium and tons of artificial ingredients. I don't eat clean all the time but I try to make all of my food when I can and try to limit boxed and packaged food.

Yep I'm a fitbit addict. I love it! It doesn't seem the most accurate on the caloric info but keeps great track of everything. If anyone wants to be friends on fitbit I go by dk on my profile.
