That just made me laugh so dang hard! But yes I have a scale that tells me 22%, the online calcs give me anythign from 22-30%!!!! But when I do the calipers myself at home I get 19% soooooooo...................I really shopuld pay a facility to measure me correctly.

I suggested 2000 cals a day but I think some weeks I work out harder and it would then be 2200. I am currently eating 1888 cals (TDEE cut) a day so i think it calculated well for me.

How much was it? I thought I heard several months ago before I got my fitnbit that it was $395? My fitbit was only $100 so I chose that but when I googled BMF the other day it was only $150. Wish I had invested in that than my HRM and FB. :( Also not sure I could wear it on my arm everyday though.

We just found Body Fortress Peanut Butter chocolate whey protein. Mix it with a cup of almond milk and it takes like a dessert. I was getting so sick of shakes and this makes me WANT to have it. ONLY $16 at Meijer or Walmart.

I just did this this morning and feel alot better about myself now. 1888 is a 15% cut and thats a lot for me to not feel deprived. :) AND I am one who has gained in lbs and inches so we will see what happens.

Thats so very true!!! If I stuck to fruits and veggies and did a better job to stay away from packaged food I think I would have an issue too. So I will see. BUT then I wouldnt have a problem eating a whole avocado and nuts galore either...lol.

Okay FINALLY feel better about myself. I have set my goals on my profile page and will stick to it and see what happens. I got my info from scooby site. I used the katch-mcardle because mifflin gave me such a low BMR and my body fat is 22%.

Yep I dont eat them back (because I have the TDEE # in there)unless my net goal is less than BMR which is almost never...lol.
