If you don't weight and measure your food you are just cheating yourself. 3 ounces is a very very small portion size .

I would do level one for a few days just to ease your muscles into it , then start on level two .

I am going back to pick your level pilates. I just really love that work out , I feel so much more relaxed and energized after it. (it is on netflix)

Did level 3 Day 1 so far I really liked level 1 the best

@ azure7 try a 2 or 3 lb weight then work back up to 5 lb weights , they are killer , it is better to have good form with a lower weight

did my second day of level two, it seems much shorter than level one The walk out planks are Crazy!!! I was thinking you want me to do what! really killer on the arms and good ab work.

awesome recipe thanks, also found out the chipotle offers a child size portion of their chips with their salsa for 120 calories total I love chipotle mild salsa , we also make home made pico de gallo with all different fresh peppers and tomatoes

Make sure your chin stays pointed up and your eyes are looking up at the ceiling. Breathe out while crunching up , then in when you are down. If you focus on your breathing it helps a lot.

I have been doing it every day, just checking in to let you all know am with you. I think the lunges with lifting the weights up to my eyeballs is the HARDEST! Love those bicycle crunches at the end!

looks good , also a fyi you can buy small corn tortillas that are only 40 calories each , that would really cut the calories down.
