I am prepped and ready to start on Sunday!!! Completed my first 5k in many year on November 20. Ran it in 32.01. A friend told me yesterday that her Garmin tracked it in at 3.3 miles instead of the normal 3.1 miles (US distance here folks). That means that I was running under a 10 minute mile. Very exciting for me!

I'm in St. Louis now. I went to Culver Stockton (in Canton, MO) for college and ventured to Kirsville often. I have some friends that arae still in that area.

In the winter I drink a lot of green tea or other herbal teas. When I need a caffine kick, I will drink an Advocare Spark. (My sister sells this stuff so I don't pay full price.) I don't drink it everyday, maybe once every few weeks. The only other thing I really drink is milk, which I love!

It's going to be a rough food weekend for me! We are heading to my parents' house after the boys soccer games. When we are there we seem to eat out or order in most of the time. My saving grace, we will only be there for three meals as we will turn around and head home tomorrow.... At least I got my cardio in this morning!

I haven't given anything up. It's more the frequency in which I used to eat it. Haven't had pizza in a month but I will tomorrow. :)
