Thanks for your reply, that is helpful. I think I've been allowing myself too many carbs; luckily I haven't gotten close or exceeded them. I'm going to adjust my numbers to 120 for carbs. Thanks again.

Hello! I just found this group and am SO EXCITED that it exists! I've done the BFC on and off for several years, but have never stuck to it . Even when I wasn't doing it consistently, I always tried to make conscious choices in regards to sugar and carbs. I'm happy to know there's a group that's following the BFC. FYI.....…
