I made it through my workout as well. I did also manage to rip my pants, they are sauna pants and shirt. Thankfully I was at home and not at a gym when it happened. Tore right in the crotch. Yikes!! Time for a new pair!!:laugh:

When I need a extra caffeine kick, I have coffee with powder creamer. I use sugar free. I know it is fattning, but I just cant drink it black. And adding milk and sugar too me is gross too.

I am confused as to why all of you put in circuit training and are getting a number of 200+. But I do the same thing, like yesterday, and I had a number of 480 for 30 min of the 30 Day Shred? Am I doing something wrong?? Help!!

I am going on day two today. I am more sore today then yesterday, not surprised by it though. I am very out of shape!! I plan to do it after lunch today.

I love the commercial for Planet Fitness. The bodybuilder being shown around by the trainer, and he keeps saying.. "I lift things up and put them down". Anyone see that commercial?

I just finished my first day of the 30 Day Shred too. I am slightly sore right now because I havent done it for a while, but otherwise feel really good. Almost hyper. If you really want to feel like you have done something with this, try wearing a sauna suit while you work out. You WILL SWEAT. Infact, my kids didnt believe…

I actually wear a sauna suit. Which is basically plastic pants and long sleeve shirt. You can get this at Walmart. You sweat like a bleep working out in it too.
