I have two kids, 13 and 12. 11 months apart. Both in 7th grade. My son who is 13 has Autism mildly along with ADHD. I don't have much issues with them waking inless a full blown nightmare or sick usually. I am willing to friend any on here as well. :)

Are there any DVDs in stores on Zumba that you can buy at like Walmart or Target that one can start out doing at home? Is there such a thing on Netflix? Please let me know.

I havent seen a doctor because this is a problem I had most my life. That Is why I dont rollerblade, rollerskate, down hill ski. Anything moving under my feet tends to make them go out. I got in 7 miles of walking last week. Yet I weighed my self and the scale said I gained three pounds. How I dont know. So I tried it again, and says I lost two pounds. I have the app on my Blackberry. That way if I am not at a computer, I have the ability to put it on my phone as I eat. I love this app. My biggest problem is getting of my duff to exercise and sticking to it!!

I use Mio. They are really good and carb free. Otherwise I use lemon water or just plain water and ice.

I prefer the snack size bags of popcorn. It is filled to the top of a normal sized cereal bowl, almost overflowing. Plenty for me. And only 100 calories.

I wont run on the treadmill for the simple fact I will end up dislocating one of my knees on it.

Mine is I am diagnosed at prediabetic right now. And I have high blood pressure. And I have two kids (fourth graders) and a loving husband that I am not ready to leave yet. On top of the fact that I am almost 100 pounds over weight is a topping on the cake, so to speak. Good luck to everyone. We ALL can do this.
