  • I just checked out this site www.fat2fitradio.com/tools... And I am NOT eating enough Calories! I bet this is why I'm having a hard time losing. Thank you for this! I'm going to eat more and see if this helps.

  • Well Last week I was down 4 lbs......this week up 2.5. Grrrr But, I'll keep plugging away!! Also, what with the sugar, if I eat an apple and a banana, I'm pretty much finished for sugar!! This part it hard to keep down. Any suggestions????
  • WOW, thanks for the advice. I have been weighing in daily...it is driving me crazy. But I have been gaining weekly. So I'm going to take the advice... keep plugging in, and will see what happens. I will report back in a few weeks. Fingers crossed the numbers start to go down. Thanks so much for all the advice.:smile:
