It's prepackaged natural gluten free meals. you eat 3 meals and 2 snacks, with only water and green/herbal tea in between. they started in houston and they just opened two stores near me in LA-Torrance and Hermosa Bch. I start Monday.

I too am looking for kettlebell dvd recommendations. i've probably spent an hour on Amazon, and I'm just confused. I went to Target to get a GoFit , but they just had Reebok. It has 2 dvds inside it, but haven't opened it yet.
