i'm not vegan or vegetarian- but i have to agree that everyone (s0 far, i'm not done reading them all) has been very informative rather than hateful or insulting. it's really refreshing to gain perspective on how others believe without reading insults and "my way is better than your way" replies.

that is awesome!! i am glad you shared your good news! no matter how big the event is that causes elation, elation is what is the result- and it definitely needs to be shared!! way to go on fitting back into clothes- and finding a new 'toy" that will allow you to make sure you get your exercise in!

took the words from my mouth! don't get discouraged though!! the support that is on this website speaks volumes and really helps to lift me! i'm new at actually "counting" my calories and have found it's super easy to go over- just one extra nugget or soda or cookie and push it over. i hope it gets easier for you!

good luck on staying on course this time! i started the couch2 5k program myself but didn't get very far. i have a hard time doing things more than 3 days in a row when it comes to exercising! hopefully you will be able to continue workout programs once you reach your goal!
