Hi,
Im new to MFP - starting today!!
Im 27 and have about 15kg to lose so Im in the lower end of a healthy weight range. Im young and want to feel it and have confidence and just feel healthy! My main issue is with food so I thought I would give this a try.
Any tips for a newbie?

welcome to MFP, Tips: (1) believe in yourself and know that you can do it (2) set goals and keep with them (3) what is it directly about food that pose a problem for you? know that and get your plan together (4) get you some good MFP friends that will keep you motivated and encouraged (5) learn what works for you this site is good for advice and tips but you have to stick with it .. you can add me if you like good luck0

welcome to MFP!! i don't have many tips to offer as far as the site- i've only been a member for 5 days. but i can say, the people are very friendly and supportive- and any question you have is usually answered pretty quickly! i have found that having my diary public so others who view it can actually see what i'm consuming has made me more aware and thoughtful of what i decide to eat. if you need a friend, feel free to add me!0
