Glenna- I too was a late night snacker. In my past I lost over 100 lbs and I did fasting. It helped and I cut out the snacking. It's not easy. But I'm on day 3 of no snacking. Ahh

Sarah, I like to eat fresh foods vs pre packaged foods. We tend to eat pre packaged foods as a convenient option, so cutting out those foods makes me FEEL better, don't get me wrong, I love a lot of convenience foods, they just make me feel horrible. Also, baked cheese!!! Mmmmm

Great Job! I lost 100 lbs a few years ago, and then during covid I gpt Covid and then had long Covid. I got really depressed and gained it all back, plus some! I am currently the heaviest I had ever been and I am on day 1. Everything hurts and I don't want to be like this anymore. So, Cheers to a new year and 365 new days…
