Hey guys, Happy 2025! I lost over 100 lbs back in 2019 and 2020 and I kept it off until I got Covid really bad and then I got depressed because I was having a lot of adverse health issues from my long covid. I was basically in a pitty party for the last few years and I don't really have anything to pity, so I decided that I would crawl out of my hole and jump back on the wagon.
I do well on Keto and Low carb so that is what I have started again, If you want to talk about food and what to eat or food ideas, or if you just want some moral support, I am looking for friends, so please add me

Sarah, I like to eat fresh foods vs pre packaged foods. We tend to eat pre packaged foods as a convenient option, so cutting out those foods makes me FEEL better, don't get me wrong, I love a lot of convenience foods, they just make me feel horrible. Also, baked cheese!!! Mmmmm0

I too was a late night snacker. In my past I lost over 100 lbs and I did fasting. It helped and I cut out the snacking. It's not easy. But I'm on day 3 of no snacking. Ahh0 -
I too could have written this. Got down to 168 lbs pre covid and then fell off the wagon. I am now 217lbs and so sad and desperate. I know what I have to do, my health is suffering right now so I have to get this sorted. Dont like profile pics of me :-( but i am 55 year old bloke and I need to get my life in order....0
