Amazing!!! Keep it up!!! I had never been able to run more than half a couple minutes before I decided to really get into it about a month and a half ago. I decided I would take my crazy running co-worker up on his offer to help... that first day he made me run for 35-40 minutes straight (there was a lot of whining…

Congratulations!!!! How exciting!! I'll throw a parade for you!! Lol. I'm 12.1 lbs away from being out of the 200's... I'm quite anxious!!

Thank you all. It's been a long road, feels like I still have so far to go sometimes, but the time is going to pass anyways so might as well do it the best way I can. :) Still feels weird to have posted here, after so many years of just reading and commenting on others.

Thanks!! I love to lift, so while the pounds are coming off so slooooooooowly, the inches are more consistent. :)

AMAZING!! Great job!! Apparently I need to get with the program! :)

Hello, my name is Lisa and I am from Bloomington, MN... I started running about a month ago. A co-worker goes with me once a week, on our very first run (my first run since high school gym class) was 3.5 miles (40 minutes)... it was the longest and furthest run I'd ever had... I'd never even ran a quarter of a mile…

P.s. I looked like a bumbling rhino at first and then I was actually able to shake it towards the end. :) So fun.

Well, I want to say 4-5 months? I didn't do the whole video though... lol, but I did do it like 4 times a week for the most part. Then it got warm here in MN and I was outside walking more, and then I got a gym membership. So I've in total lost 60-65 lbs, but the first 40 were very enjoyable. :)

https://www.fitbit.com/user/39Z2BY if you'd like to add me. :) I LOVE my fitbit charge HR... I've been stalled since September and I've had my fitbit for a little over a month now and am back to losing. I'm not sure what TDEE is. Lol. But, again if you'd like to add me, my friends and I like to do the challenges and we…

I was busting at the seams of a 42DD, I'm now comfortably in a 34DD, they were kind of looking saggy/deflated but I've been lifting and doing chest at least 1-2 times a week.. that helps them look perkier. I'm hoping that if I lose another 70 lbs they'll be much smaller, my goal is to be a low D high C... we'll see... I've…

I don't have pictures, but I started my weight loss journey with the latin/hip hop Zumba and lost 40 lbs. I graduated on to lifting and just started running... I miss Zumba though, it as so much fun! Think I might need to bust out the dvd tonight! :)

Good job!! :)

Love these!! I'm seriously considering getting into it more, I'll put salads in mason jars and then deconstruct a rotisserie chicken at the beginning of the week... but I always get so bored! I need better ideas. Maybe this week I'll grill up a bunch of chicken breasts and steam up a bunch of veggies. :)

I have barely any imagination for breakfast so this thread is very helpful. :) I just put 3 tbsp. of malt o meal, 1 tbsp. ground flax seed and 1 tbsp. light brown sugar in a mason jar, when I get to work I use the hot water function on the coffee machine stir and wait 10 minutes and then voila! :) Otherwise I take a baggie…

LOVE!!! You're gorgeous in both pictures!!! Love your style and tats, keep up the good work! :)

Hello! :) Anyone is free to add me as well. I am 60-65 pounds down with about 70 or more to go (depending on how I feel when I get to "goal"). I log almost everyday, sometimes when I'm at the cabin I forget. Lol. I am doing this the old fashioned way as well, exercise and eating right (well.. I have my junk days). I'll…

Gah those days suckkkkkkk... I usually end up snacking those days... some turkey jerky, some air popcorn then to finish it off pickles... so frreaking weird... I hate it because I try so hard not to. I have that happen once or twice a month, so I figure it's ok every now and then especially since I'm so much more active…

- People that chew with their mouths open, loudly, and/or smack their lips (I literally get so pissed I can't handle anything mentally and I just cringe) - People that don't clean up after themselves after eating (home, work, restaurant), seriously!? - People that rely on me to do their jobs for them, I don't mind helping…

Wow! Amazing job! :) Like saggy said, the picture says it all!! May I ask what you've been doing at the gym and what your average daily calorie intake is? :)

Since a million dollars wouldn't last forever, I'd go back to school and finish in something I'd love to do for the rest of my life (History Teacher), buy a house, invest some and save the rest.

Amazing job!! You look great!! :) So you did this just by cutting processed foods, lifting a little and running? That's pretty great! Could you explain your exercise a little more in detail? I think that would help. :)

Haha, me too!! I'm 5 pounds under my DL weight... I was at least 20-30 pounds heavier than what I had put on my DL... liar liar pants on fire.

Sometimes it doesn't read my HR, sometimes my steps "freeze", I just take it for what it is and try and be as active as I normally am, actually I think I'm even more active because I want to reach my steps goal. My fitbit is a constant reminder that I should be active, I do like it for the HR while lifting and being on the…

I used to drink the market pantry fizzy waters, cherry. But now I drink 90% water, sometimes I'll throw in a Diet Dr. Pepper, coffee, sometimes beer. Don't cut everything out, be happy but yes mostly healthy.

Hi!! :) Glad to have you join the MFP community!! :) I started out at 278ish and am currently down to (the scale said this morning) 215, I still would like to get down to 140-150 so I still have a little ways to go. It can get discouraging to think about how much you have to lose, but just keep going, keep trying, you'll…
