I would say 140. (I'm not there yet) but my friend who is the same height as us is 145-150 (she lifts) and she looks F***ing AMAZING! She also is NOT busty, so if you're busty and you lift, I'd say 140-150, that's a perfect weight in my opinion. #goals

About 6 years ago I started getting sciatica, it was so bad that my husband would have to try and carry me to bed. As I sit here drinking my iced Americano... lol. If it fits why not? I used to drink the calorie bomb drinks but switched to an iced American with 2 pumps white mocha and it's only about 75 calories.

The bigger one is from May of 2015 and the other one sometime this past year, I've stalled so I'm the same weight unfortunately. Lol. I'm currently upping my calories to shake up my metabolism before I work myself back down. But I believe the heavier picture I was 268 or more, am currently hovering around the 200-205 range.

I'd say keep eating 1300 calories a day and maybe incorporate 1-2 days of strength training. You really would only have to lift 30 minutes, so for an extra hour of lifting a week that should really help you. I'd recommend the Strong lifts 5x5 for beginners, I've heard a lot of people do this and it works. Watching YouTube videos on proper form from experience weightlifters would probably help. It's best to start out with proper form than trying to correct it later, might as well ingrain it in your head from the very beginning.…
