well, for my overnight oats I put in a little nutella (so it's kind of a dessert), almond butter, ground flax seed, chia seeds, almond milk, and greek yogurt

Maybe you're not eating enough, I know sounds weird, but maybe up what you're eating but fill it with mostly proteins and healthy fats.

Oh also, I buy this Ostrim jerky (Ostrich and beef - peppered) from GNC and it is the BEST! Helps me stay satiated when I'm really hungry and it's not bad in the calorie department, like 80-100 calories I think. I've been having it for lunch a lot lately along with some fruit. I also have this issue, we need to work on celebrating our losses with non-food items! I get so close to 199 and then I feel like I can eat whatever and then bam I'm up a pound. We've got this though! When you read this if you haven't gone to the gym yet, GO! And I'll go too! :)

What leg exercises are you doing currently? Also, if you want to work on your A R S E and legs more you should probably up it to 2 times a week. Maybe give us a little more info on what you are currently doing? If you can barely knock out 6-8 reps per set you're lifting the right amount of weight, once it gets easier up your weight. Hmm, I personally had a fat face when I was 73 lbs heavier, but I life heavy so I actually look like I should weigh much less. But nope, still a heavyset girl. Lol. I think it really depends on body fat %'s because you could take a girl my weight but without the muscle I have and she'd look 20 lbs heavier than me.

I drink quite a bit of water, I know it's water because it's usually within 20-30 minutes of drinking a bunch that I have to go... well I try to get my 8-9 cups in so you can imagine... Boring Receptionist... though I do a lot of stuff for our Human Resources, Quality, Sales and Engineering department, along with Production. So a little bit of everything but I sit smiling at the front desk answering phones, the CEO calls me the Director of First Impressions... sounds way better than Receptionist.
