Band of Brothers marathon? But just chill. :) :p

It's only been 3 weeks, calm down Scrappy! :) You probably have not gained a pound and a half, I'm sure it's water weight. Did you measure yourself when you started (do NOT go 100% by your scale, just don't, it's not even completely accurate). Just keep working on your healthy eating and being active, the time is going to…

I understand, I'm trying to up my protein too. I like turkey, chicken, egg whites, jerky (snack) and almonds.

Nice story! :) I agree, it starts in the head before it starts physically. We're about the same age and same weight right now. I've lost a bunch too but been struggling lately. I come back to read the stories too. :) Keep it up! I've got about the same amount I'd like to lose as well, we've got this!

Wow you look amazing!!! Now clean your room! LOL. :) Handwork pays off. What do you do exercise wise? How did you change your diet?
-
Lol. I like you. We seem to have similar attitudes, I can dig it. I started at about 280 lbs, down to 208... still have a long way to go. 5'4" here.

28 here, with anywhere between 50 to 70 lbs to lose, depending how far I want to take this. I've already lost 70. :)
-
YOU look AMAZING!!! :) Great job!! :)

I don't really consider it cheating, but my weekends definitely have 1 or 2 more junky meals. Lol. I work very hard to eat well and fit in little treats throughout the week. I also am at the gym sometimes 4 days a week sometimes 7, and I'm still looking pretty damn good (or so my friends tell me) so I'm trying to not sweat…

Great!! Thanks for the detail in your journey, seriously!! :) My weight loss is going pretty slow lately, I've decided to incorporate more cardio to go with my weight lifting. :) Again, thank you for your post, you're funny and it made for a great read! Congratulations on all of your hard work!!

I'm going to stop eating by 8:00pm, sooner if I don't workout that night. (Because after I lift I usually have a protein smoothie) If I do have the extra calories and I'm desperately hungry I will have something small to tide me over until the morning, pickles (also helps in recovery) or cottage cheese. :)

Great job! You're gorgeous!! You look so much happier in your "after" pictures. I've lost about 70 or so pounds now but I still need to lose another 60 - 70. It can get very disheartening but I do the same thing, day at a time. The time is going to pass anyways right? :)

AMAZING JOB!!!! :)

Nice!! :) You look AMAZING! :)

Hello. :) I've been trying for a little over 2 years now, I've gone from 280 to my current 205 (though I've also probably put on 15ish pounds in muscle, maybe more). I didn't really notice until I was down in the 230's because my face/neck were getting a little smaller, I was able to tie my shoes with ease, going upstairs…

I do, probably more than I should, LOL. I try very hard to still hit my calorie goals though, I DO need to clean up my weekends a little more. But I'm still 73 lbs down and still going down so I must be doing something right. I do try and practice moderation, my week days are spot on! It's just one day of the week my diet…

Great job!!! :) I started running this past spring, I'm super slow but I can go for at least 45 minutes, furthest I've ever run was 5 1/2 miles. I've fallen off the wagon and hope to get back on and maintain until spring when I can get outside and run again. :) What types of workouts do you do with crossfit? I'm interested…

Dang girl!! Lol. You look amazing!!! 150 is my goal, I'm still like a little over 50 pounds away... but closer than where I started at 280. It feels so far away. Thank you for sharing your story, it's the kick in the butt I needed to refocus. :) I need to work on limiting my cheat meals to one a week. Haha. I'm also 5'4"…

Amazing job!! :) I'm having a difficult time at the moment (plateaued), I need to get it in gear! My goal weight is what you currently are at so it's nice to see what my body might look like once I get down there. :)
-
You're stunning, before and after! What amazing work and dedication, 45lbs in 10 months is a big deal! May I ask, how did you go about it? Just calorie counting or specific workouts? :) Keep up the good work love!
-
That's really good!!! :) What have you all been doing/eating?
-
Amazing!!! Congratulations beautiful lady, the hard work is paying off!! :) What have you been doing to lose?
-
Awwww... I love you mamadon!! :D 100% what she said!! :)
-
Great job!! That's definitely one of my goals! Lol. Keep it up girlfriend!
-
Amazing! You look AMAZING! :) My end goal weight is 60 lbs left to go :( but once I'm there it'll be 130lbs total loss... I've been feeling discouraged lately so I turned to the Success board and you were the first one. :) so thank you!!
-
Hmm.. good information, thank you all!!
-
Amazing!! :) We kind of have a similar regimen, I have 2 leg days, back/bi, chest/shoulders/tris and then I have an 45-60 minute run on the weekend, a 45-55 minute run during the week and maybe a 30-40 minute run when I'm at the gym during the week too. I haven't been such awesome losses though so keep it up!! :) I think I…

You're beautiful! :) Keep it up! I'm the same way, I'm not ready for body pics to be floating around the internet quite yet. Lol. Can't wait to see yours in the future though! You looks like you're going hard! :)
-
Well done girl friend!!! :) You look amazing!! You look like you've lost much more than 100 lbs! Keep up the good work! :) I have 30 more lbs to lose to hit the 100 lbs lost mark, it feels so far away, thanks for sharing... needed that little kick in the butt this morning!
