Not the healthiest recipe but you can always sub regular bacon for turkey bacon. Saute bacon. Add garlic and more olive oil to pan. Add cabbage till wilted. So freakin good!

I used to do triage at a pediatric office a few years back and we would always recommend the BRAT diet for gastrointestinal issues. I think you should try the BRATCH diet (bananas, rice, applesauce, toast, boiled chicken). The food is pretty bland and basic and will get some nutrients into your diet. Also, stay hydrated!!!

I also think that you need to have unhealthy foods once in a while if you plan to make a lifestyle change. They arent cheat days, they are normal eating days as long as you do it in moderation. My husband loves spinach so we use it all the time! I add it to chicken/vegetable soup, mixed in with pasta and feta, pasta mixed with cannelini beans, spinach, garlic, and vegetable broth, homemade spinach/garlic/lemongrass/ginger dumplings...I actually could keep going haha

Can't spot reduce but I really do believe that you can lengthen the look of muscles with a few exercises. The New York City Ballet workout video is amazing or try pilates.I always look much taller and leaner when I am doing workout that focus on stretching the muscles.
