  • I completely ignore it, because I find that it is so inaccurate for me that its funny. I never track my excercise, never have, never will, so that is off for that reason alone. I find that it actually used to discourage me until i started ignoring it. Now I just laugh and say 'whatever'. Because no day is exactly the same.

  • I think I have a R cuff injury that I am not taking care of. I'm even a nurse. Just recovered from a bad run in with a box jump that I missed, and it will leave a scar. I think if you really kill it at the gym, you will get hurt ever once in a while. Just be careful and take care of yourself when you need to.

  • Agree, I work nights so I eat at strange time. it does not matter when you eat its how many cals you eat. Calories in vs Calories out.
