Something that I do is an English Muffin Pizza. I generally eat two or three and make a meal out of it though. 1 half English Muffin (I buy the Thomas 100 calorie ones) 1 tsp of Pizza Sauce 1/3 cup of Shredded Cheese 4 pepperonis Cut a muffin in half.
