Maybe you could make yourself a cupcake lol and just eat that add it into your cals for the day...your own mini cake :) that way its not random grabbing bits and peices you will have a measured amount and can make sure its in your cals. Hi I googled "how much saturated fat a day " and some good sites came up. It seems to be based on percentages of how many calories you eat. I think it should not exceed 10% but you should probably do more research on your own. You can also track saturated fats here.

I use measuring cups and measuring spoons and then I eyeball my meats and fruit and cheese. I thought 2 dice was one oz of cheese? Oh well as long as I'm losing I am fine with it. if I stop losing for a while them maybe I will get a scale. Good luck however you choose to measure.

Go for it. I make sure I have the cals for those chocolate cravings and i find chocolate milk or hot chocolate much more satisfying then eating chocolate. I dont know why but it takes away the craving instead of adding to it. I homemake mine with real cocoa, stevia and vanilla

At that time of month i dont think any amount of chocolate is too much lol. I ussually make a really rich homeade hot chocolate and by the time Im done sipping on it I am satisfied but If I just have chocolate like kisses and stuff I crave more.
