Uhg. People are probably taking your words out of the context in which you means them. I would like to give the benefit of the doubt that you realize protein powders will not "shred fat" all on its own. Anyway, I like Lean 25 chocolate and Cellucor Cinnamon Bun.

I would approach it as just being concerned and give the guy some pointers. Most people don't want to get hurt working out so he may be very thankful. If he's not, okay, you tried. But, it will probably make him think none the less and he will probably reevaluate when you're not around.

Are you overweight? Running puts a lot of pressure on the joints/bones and you will definitely notice minor things like this if you're just starting out. Make sure you have the proper shoes. Stretch. I use the secret clinical brand. I also don't like strong scents and get the lavender kind (of course it has some crazy weird "froo-froo" name that I can't remember). I love it because even after a two hour run it'll still smell fresh.

Yep. Especially when I'm drinking black coffee. It curbs my hunger and I totally forget. The way I solved this was eating by the clock. I agree with the stretching/tight hammy! I get some tendonitis flare ups if I'm lazy and don't stretch. Also, invest in a foam roller for gluteus, hams, quads and IT band… hurts so good...

You can try going 10 minutes out 10 minutes back. Then, gradually increase the time weekly. I used to do this before I got a GPS watch. I started out with Jamie Eason's Live Fit Trainer. Google it! It's a three month program, it's free and it got me into the "big boy" weight section at the gym. I would never look back! I still use some of her workout to mix things up when I get bored.

I'm 5' 5.5" and currently 146. I'd like to be around 137 but am more focused on lowering my body fat. I'd be happy around 17-18%. I'm currently about 20%.

I hate when my gym is busy! I normally do alternating sets because it takes sooooo much longer to do all my sets of one exercise at a time. GAHHHH!! Anyway, you'll be fine.
