I was in a very similar situation. There was this awesome Chinese take out place 5 minutes from work that was cheap. I ate there 3 times a week. Thanks for the info guys. I used it last night and it seemed to work pretty well. Luckily I've been working on not holding on to the treadmill for a while so was able to do my whole workout without holding on.

I was on Lexapro several years ago and actually was able to control my eating better. However, I eat when I'm depressed. And by eat I mean everything in site. I avoided the gym for years because I was afraid to be judged. I've been going steady for the past 4 months and I love it. Sure there are tiny people there but there are all sizes too. At least they see me working on trying to get in better shape than sitting at the food court eating chinese, lol.

I couldn't stomach these at all and I tried very hard. They are super chewy and had a funny texture. I tried them with several sauces. Not the substitute I was hoping for.

I'm trying something new this year. I always seem to be on a diet this time of the year, lol. I have lowered my calories by 100 for the last week leading up to Thanksgiving. This gives me an extra 700 calories on Thursday without blowing my diet. My biggest obstacle will be not taking any leftovers home.
