I think I've done the colonoscopy thing three times now. You'll definitely lose some weight Tim, and you're correct in that it will come right back. Anyway, I'm out of town tomorrow, so I'm checking in a day early. CWW = 207.7 LWW = 208.1 Loss =0.4

Back from Indiana and three days backpacking in the Olympics. CW = 208.1 LW = 207.1 Gain = 1.0 I was actually at 204.1 on Wednesday after my hiking trip. That was mostly dehydration though and then, of course, I had a big steak when I got home . . . Hope you all had a good week.

LWW = 207.5 CWW = 207.4 Loss = 0.1 After three weeks of gains, at least I'm going in the right direction. I was back to daily logging this week. I will keep that up and see if I have a bigger loss next week.

Sorry I missed last week Tim. I'm finding it hard to keep going in the right direction. Weight keeps creeping back on. LWW = 199.2 CWW = 203.0 Gain = 3.8 Although most of that was the previous week, I held pretty steady this week. Just keep plugging away . . .
