Try to mix it up to, I rotate between hill intervalls (.5 miles 0 incline .25 miles incline) (or I go outside and try to find as many hills as I can), a normal easy paces run, and a speed interval (i go 3 mines 7.0 1 min 8.5 then I walk a min and adjust depending on how I feel that day). It really depends on what your goals are, one thing that I have learned is that u want somethign that you can keep up with even if its only two workouts a week.

Meal Replacement Vanilla Syntha-6 is really good I'm using both but I'm using Optimum Nutrition - Platinum Hydro Whey Turbo Chocolate more because it is not a meal replacement and it works better with my day :-) Both taste really well, the second tastes AMAZING with 1% Milk
