don't use a machine for squats! Use a mirror. Also if you have trouble you may try sitting to a bench or a few weights until your comfortable balancing. If you use a machine for a squat, it really don't count...

I'm attempting to do 40C 30 F 30 Protein, But darn, its hard to cut that fat! Any suggestions on that?

Wall Mart, Target, local grocery stores, groupon, sports authority, scheels dicks :-) Any digital scale works well

I agree Matt! I try not to microwave, but left overs and pre-prepped meals that I have on the go seem to be a much better option than eating out. I have heard that you can lose some nutritional value, but when its the only option, go for it!

You may want to consider your measuments over weight it sounds like your body is gaining muscle which is great! Maybe you can modify it as you go and find something in between 1300 and 1700? Also, quality food is more important :-D

YES! For anything with caffeine (SO TEA, POP, COFFEE, and whatever else) a drink a cup of water to cancel it out, caffeine dehydrates you-so say I drank two cups of water and one coffee-that counts as one cup of water
