My newest addiction is Trader Joes fire roasted peppers and onions from the freezer section. I buy like 6 bags at a time and throw a huge handful into just about anything I make. It turns a small plate of something into a giant portion with very few added cals and the flavor from the fire roasting is amazing!

Ha! No, I made a mistake, it was swiss ball crunches :) Thanks for all the advise ladies. I will try those! Today was a recovery day. My muscles feel sore but great so I took a hot yoga class and am feeling on top of the world right now :)))

Nope, haven't read the book. I enjoy watching her on tv because she makes me laugh, but I don't think I would read the book. She's stick skinny by nature and what works for her probably doesn't work for me. I have no idea what she preaches but that's just my opinion for whatever it's worth ;)

I agree, I don't snack when I'm drinking wine either. I did give up alcohol for the 1st 2 weeks when I started my journey. I actually became a bit of a cheap date after that. I slowly added it back because I really do enjoy it, and I have had great results losing weight and gaining muscle to spite it.

Happy Friday everyone! Just did my 4th workout of stage 1. Being very careful not to re-injure my knee! I am loving this so far!! Question- With the Jackknives and swiss ball crunches.
