How do you get all your protein in?
I need to eat between 150 and 160 grams of protien a day. It's hard to do. Other than shakes and bars, and of course regular meals, what are some of the ways you sneak in extra protien?

Do you shower before going to the gym?
I do. It may sound strange but I like to feel fresh before leaving the house, no matter where I'm going. Plus, I feel like it gives me some leeway to run errands afterwards without feeling too self concious about stinking. Anyone else?

Got Shrimp?
I have a 2lb bag of shrimp thawing in the sink. I want to make something healthy for dinner that the kids will like too. Any ideas? I was thinking baked Coconut Shrimp. Any other ideas or recipes?

Best shoes for lifting?
I know that the best shoes to wear when lifting (barbell squats and dead lifts) are those where the foot it flat and not raised at the heel. I was looking at some of the inov8 shoes and they look awesome. Just wondering what shoes other lifters here are wearing and how you like them?

strange
I just changed my goals from my computer and customized my nutrient goals. I changed it to 40/30/30 Protien/carbs/fat On the computer it says my new protien goal is 148, but when I look at my daily summary from my iPhone app it says my daily protien goal is 174. What gives?? My Carb and Fat goals are wrong too.
