ideally in the 140's...if its 149 I'll take it. The scale these days stress me out, so depending on how i progress i might shoot for goals in inches lost and a lower body fat %

no...I'm 5'4" and 165lbs. It'll build confidence, a stronger core and upper body...do it!

I am still 20lbs away from my "ideal" weight....don't let your current weight stop you from doing this. It's an awesome, fun way to workout!

I had my 3rd class last night, i absolutely love it! The instructor had us do a handstand to the pole then crunch up to a sitting position...never in my life would i have thought i could do this.

When I had my back done, I took a week off from hi-impact workouts that require a sports bra....i stuck to walking and lifting

Oh great! it'll be my first time doing something other than a "normal" 5k.

here's the website: http://www.downanddirtymudrun.com/mi.cfm basically a 5k mud run with military like obstacles.....my goal is to complete a Tough Mudder in Dec, which is closer to 12 miles and hope this short race will give me taste of what I'm in for.

i'm on day 3 of Level 1.......what pound dumbells are ya'll using for the last strength move (lateral lunge/shoulder raise)? I have trouble completing the set using 5lbs

you're long and lean and probably graceful

go on amazon, they have a ton of various workout dvd's to choose from...and start slow. Try yoga....you will learn breath control and it'll stretch you out

I'm doing it and I keep my schedule every other day (M, W, F, Sun, Tue....) that way you will always have that recommended rest day
